Honestly, fairly oddparents is one tough cookie to tab. I've been trying to tab this innocent the song, to no avail. Well, there is some avail but it sounds real weird on guitar. This is one of the moments in life where a good DOUBLE BASS would be useful. Damn I hate weird semitone jumps.
